This was the first time we came to this Hairdressers. Definitely recommend this beautiful salon. They have been so helpful from the beginning. All the staff we interacted with all have been welcoming, friendly, helpful, kind and professional. The salon has such a cool vibe and atmosphere about it. Comfortable seating area. My mum recently went for a haircut. Very disappointing experience. She was kept waiting for over 45 minutes despite having an appointment. The hair stylist used brushes that were visibly dirty! (contained other people’s hair & dandruff) There was also lack of transparency on the price. When calling to make the appointment she was quoted £50. When the appointment was booked it was with a director which increased the price to £65. She wasn’t made aware of the price increase at the time of booking. So incredibly happy with my hair! Wish I hadnt had to wait 5 years to find Stephen. True Hair Heartist - my hair colour and highlights are perfect and exactly what I wanted. My hair feels amazing too after the treatment ...and I have the perfect hair product to manage my wavy, sometimes frizzy hair. Thank you so much - I couldnt be more stoked with it all!
