Had the Blemish Facial booked, paid £150 and the treatment only took 38 minutes instead of 1 hour. My friend who came with me said her facial took even shorter. Obviously the treatments were rushed as they seem to be overbooked, hence I did not notice even a tiny difference in my skin. Not to mention, they don’t even provide headband for that price and the lady kept tugging on my small front hair (rest of my hair tied to a bun) to move them out of my face. What a waste of time and money. I do not recommend this place.

First time having 'my lady area' waxed, Mel made me feel comfortable and relaxed as I waa nervous. Mel talked me through everything and talked throughout to distract me which it certainly did. Was so impressed I booked my next session straight away 😁

Every time I come I’m always left feeling so confident and happy wouldn’t go anywhere else, such lovely staff Daisy and Mel are so professional and welcoming I wouldn’t go anywhere else !

Mel was away so I had someone else (I won’t name ) . I only had eyebrow tint ,wax & top lip . The young lady was on her own & left the door open during to weather so consequently customers would walk in . A customer came in & was seen straight away by my lady & they had a full on convo re: Botox & fillers etc coz Mel was off . My lady came back eventually & then seemed to rush everything .
