The service department here is very dishonest. I will never ever bring my car here for services again. I hate the fact that they try to take advantage of you and are dishonest of the work your car actually needs especially when your car does not even have 30,000 miles.

My experience was pleasant (as far as car buying goes at least). Our helpful Honda guy "Super"Mario was a hoot and made the 5+ hrs there not seem so long...thanks Mario! I walked out with the car I wanted at the price I wanted, so this girl is a happy camper. Always do your research first! Thanks Downey Honda, would def recommend👍🏼
