I moved from the Whittier dealer, here Service personnel is friendly. I have never had to return for any service done, but no 5 stars until they wash my car after each service visit, lol!
Although they were unable to help me, they did there best to make sure to please me. I will return for service their.
El trato al cliente, no me gysto para nada, pedi un vendedor en español, despues querian darme el carro que querian ybpor ultimo , aparecio el vendedor en español, solo para decir que esperara a que se abrieran otras opciones y me dijo , no le doy la mano, porque estoy tosiendo mucho.
the worst place to buy a car
Very very disappointed with my experience here,i purchased a 2015 scion frs in oct 19.it was not even a week into driving it and the car started making noise i went to service and the guy told me to go to toyota. I went to penske toyota where i found out the car had been in a accident and the transmission was bad. I returned to honda world to try and return the vehicle and they basically told me to bad youre contract is finalized and to have them try and fix it.
