Your people are crooked & mechanics are not very smart. Ripping people off. I was there today. 10 yrs ago wanted to trade my mustang in you wanted to give me $2000 on a trade in so I went to community Honda in Whittier they gave me $8500! Wth poor service at Honda world. Take advantage of women but not this girl.
Not to happy with service Dept. They changed an oil pan , and forgot to install one of the covers for the under carriage . When we called them on their error . They want to charge us$$$ more not mentioning it sooner . Also are all you new Honda owners aware that you need to align your cars every 15k miles that's news to me. I've seen some pretty shady salesmen but you guys take the cake.....
