Lesly was very patient showing my daughter which ever car she wanted to see, answered all of our questions and best of all she wasn't pushy like other car sales man can be...this is our 3rd car we have purchased from Honda Word in Downey since the year 2000! The website is nott in service. I this morning to buy a car i received a pre approved letter up to 25,000 unfortunately it is worthless. Eddie tried to help me with the cars i picked out until this finance guy was putting incorrect numbers for a used vehicle he said my monthly would be $589 i said i can budget for a payment amount 200 to 300 mmonthly. He was so mean and said he can not help me. I then called several times finally Eddie said he would be able to help me get into a car. I was so excited i was there at 7Pm again... read more
