I always have an amazing experience at this spa! Genesse is best hands down. She always informs of the everything and new procedures. More importantly, she is a perfectionist who makes me feel like I'm taken care of like family. I highly recommend Genesse!

I’ve always had the best experience coming here. I called today to book a consult and appointment, and the girl on the phone was giving me attitude and made me feel bad for not knowing how to pronounce nurse Genesse’s name. I’ve never had an issue here, all good experiences till I got on the phone today with whoever picked up the phone
Diana is amazing! I have never done laser hair removal before, and was pretty nervous, but this spa was so inviting and calming inside. Diana took care of me and was so informative and helpful when explaining the process to me. She’s the best I will be coming back to her.
