Hard to find. Well hidden. Wonder why.. Internal complaints procedure is corrupt as it always leads to lmh being in the right. Didnt get my stage 3 complaint due to corruption (got the letter to prove it). They also advise waiting 8 weeks after complaints procedure before contacting the housing ombudsman which will close the enquiry, you can escalate if not resolved in 8 weeks from start of complaint so lies are told there, no surprise!.
