My experience was not good, I bought a ring for a gift to my daughter, a ring in the color change box, the store was not attended or requested for a guarantee, they only asked me to clean it, but it is not cleaning, very unhappy with that service, and more than a gift.I was not exposed to chemical products as the supplier says, they did not give me guarantee
