I am an absentee landlord. I rely on David exclusively to find me good tenants. He is great to work with and very trustworthy. He advises me on what rent to charge and what improvements to make. He is cost conscious so I do not make unnecessary repairs. He is also descriminating about prospective tenants and has good insights. I highly recommend David.
