David Kurz is a great . He showed us many houses in the miami area . He took his time to look for a house that accomodated our needs . He knows the market very well. He was always very punctual. Also, he made the appointments very fast with the sellers or the sellers agents. He has a very advanced and easy way to sign contracts electronically; therefore, his contracts are sent very fast to the other party . He follows up on his contracts to determine to status , and also he keeps in touch with his clients daily .
