My family had a party here at kubz klub and had a great experience. The staff where lovely especially Sarah and the lady with red hair. They helped with everything we needed and were very efficient always around for the kids. We went with package 2 and loved it would definitely recommend!

Went on a Saturday afternoon and it was extremely busy - no space to walk or sit, lots of older kids in the baby area. It definitely looked like it was above capacity and they were still admitting people. It felt very unsafe and we left 10 minutes after arriving.

I’m incredibly happy with Kub Klub! Very welcome, helpful staff members. Very clean, nice decorate party room. All party guests surprised how helpful, organised and happy at working place soft play team. I highly recommend for party packages take number 2 with mascot. I cannot complain. On my opinion the best soft play for kids party’s in south east London.☺️

I did write a direct message to Kubz Klub with regards to my child’s birthday party experience but unfortunately, they didn’t reply. I was extremely disappointed with the service from booking onwards. A staff member huffed at 10:30 and started moving chairs in preparation for the next party although I was booked till 11. A number of my parents explained they felt uncomfortable. I booked the party package 2 and was told there would be a party host and a free pass for the children, we didn’t get this.
