Thought they were very professional and love my nails I received today exactly what I asked for also they were checking with me to see if I was happy with the shape colour etc. I’ve seen a lot of reviews saying that the techs don’t talk to you but I was quite happy to sit and chill and be child free, I think the techs spoke enough and I was very happy they deserve 5*
