Very good service and very good nails
This salon is always very busy, but the staff are incredibly patient and accommodating. If you don’t have an appointment, be prepared to wait — I usually do when I walk in — but they always do their best to be flexible and fit you in. Thanks, Krystal Nails! 😊
my friend and I wanted an acrylic takeoff and biab but had to wait almost an hour to be seen and we were left waiting in the middle of our treatment for another hour. we were finally seen again but the biab was extremely painful and my friend got some sort of burn on her finger and they kept filing it despite saying it hurt. overall the treatment was overpriced and not very pleasant, there were also no apologies given. many other people there were also left waiting around to be seen.
Love having my nails done here every month love that I can book online and also that I can walk in too … thank you so much as always! ❤️❤️
