We can’t thank Krystal enough for the absolutely beautiful job they did with our wedding décor! Every detail was stunning — from the ceremony setup to the reception space — it was everything we had imagined and more. Krystal were an absolute dream to work with! They provided incredible decor for all my wedding events, and it looked simply stunning. Huge thank you to Amy for making my dream wedding decor come to life!!! I didn’t have any clue of what I wanted or even needed for an Indian wedding but Amy was so patient and guided me through everything. She had so many options and examples all I had to do was choose the look I wanted. When I saw it on the day I couldn’t have been happier. She’s also just such a sweet person to work with and always so bubbly and smiley. Thank you Amy and team!!!!
Good service, but communication could be improved as things felt rushed closer to the wedding date. If you are using Krystal I would suggest you are very specific about what you would like, me and my husband were quite relaxed but requested a lot of candles near the stage which we didn’t get on the day. The corner of our aisle also had to be glued down a few moments before the guest arrival by our wedding coordinator. Other than this, I would recommend as the quality of the decor and lighting is excellent
