I booked in for a wash cut and blow dry via treatwell. The whole experience felt extremely rushed. The hair cut is nice but when it came to the blow dry I wasn’t asked how I wanted it and they just dried it straight. I actually wanted to bouncy blow dry as I was going to an event later that day but felt too awkward to say anything as I got passed to another stylist and felt like they were trying to get me out as quick as possible.
