Customer service representatives are rude. I called the corporate office on August 5th to complain about my recent experience. The customer service representative was more concerned about the verification process than my concern. Purchased a Gift Card off of a Display that talked about getting Double Your Points for Fuel Rewards. Only to find out that $500 purchase would reci no fuel points even though the display that I also went back and took a picture of states you would receive Fuel Points. The company nas ignored me emails and photos as if it didn't exist.

Bloomington Kroger South decided to close Sat-Sun with no notice...my son needs a life or death shot filled no later than Sunday and when I called they said call his Dr. What's his Dr supposed to do?!?! Will have to take to ER if can't transfer. Will NEVER shop at Kroger again!!

I put an online order aug 8. Here we are on the 17th. Kroger won't deliver or refund? I have perishables in the order. Kroger won't deliver or refund. They're determined to ship my perishable at my expense. They want me to accept the order THEN apply for a refund.? It was hard to understand the foreigner on the line. I just gave up. Shipper wants me to arrange reshipping. Worst experience ever.

I waited at the customer care center for an employee to assist with a money order. No one was at the desk so another employee called over the intercom for assistance. No one showed up to the customer care desk , so again another employee called over the intercom for assistance, again no one showed up.
