Worst customer experience ever! I had money sent to me through their ************* that they have there. What a mistake this was. The tell me that they don't have any cash. So they write me money orders. And then tell me that they can't cash them. But, not only could they not cash them. Nobody could cash them. This money was sent to me for an emergency. So on top of dealing with the emergency at hand. Now I'm walking miles and miles to every place I think of or that ****** told me to go. Where they cash money orders. Everyon... read more

I appalled by the performance of the Kroger pharmacy. I had a order for a prescription yesterday morning. Today I try to call the pharmacy to see if my prescription was ready (really it was supposed to be ready yesterday). The phone rang for 35 minutes and no one picked it up. Then I call the customer complaint line and was hung up before I could talk to a person, I'm supposing some glitch in their phone system. I try again same thing. I have been using Kroger's delivery service for about three weeks now. As far as the deliveries themselves, everything tends to go very well. My problem is that each week, Kroger will take out an "impending" charge on my debit card for my delivery. After receiving my items, they then take out another "impending" charge in addition to the original charge, so my debit card is charged twice for the same order. The first charge is always put back into my account, but it usually takes about five days for that to happen. In the me... read more

Knowingly sells faulty propane tanks via it's vendor "**** *****". Refuses to return/refund/exchange propane tanks it has sold. Had to contact **** ***** as Management at The **** ****** exhibits blatant nepotism/nihilism/no incentive as they have a virtual monopoly in the grocery market within **** ****, a tourist town. Spoke with a woman there yesterday and was told that because I had the tank in my possession for "two weeks" that she chose to use that as leverage to decline any return.
