Delivery was so bad kroger put a refund request in and I've been battling getting my refund for a month, they keep telling me 7 to 10 business days since September 12th. I've been muted and disconnected on calls with CSR, pacified and lied to! Does management even enforce the mask mandate **** **** as a customer no one in the south commercial ********************** had any mask, whole store is a joke no wonder why I hate shopping here and probably never will, every employee is treated like ****, and the whole company acts surprised when the employees act all rude, or when people steal boycott kroger
I have dealt with the Kroger Pharmacy in *******, ** several times now and every time is worse then the time before. If it was just once or twice Id say these employees were just having a bad day, but they are rude, unfriendly, impatient, and hateful ALL the time! I mean, if you hate your job that bad, quit!

The Richmond, Ky Kroger Wine and Spirits has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. The store expected me to leave my kid in the car or else I was obviously involved in under age drinking! They absolutely refused to sell to me. I guess they want you to leave your kid outside or home alone. Insane.

The Comforts Baby wipes TORE my babys diaper area up!! I did nothing to changed nothing about diaper changes except for the wipes. We opened the wipes maybe 2 weeks ago. Her **** started being a little red.and then progressively got worse. I tried diaper cream and now her diaper area is literally peeling because of the ***** that are caused by these wipes.
