I purchased two gift cards with zero balance, reached out a couple times to the store and spoke to two different supervisors who said they couldnt help me. I reached out to the corporate office and no help there either. Ive been a loyal customer to them for several years and very disappointed in them.
Will not help when they sell you a gift card and activate it and I found out it had already been used in Las Vegasand the store customer service told me they could not help and refund my money I had paid them on January 7, 2022

While filing my 3rd complaint about same employee to Manager at store and his outrageous behavior, it is clear store, suffers from "Head down" (fish rots from head down) by bad management w/no interest in improving its service. With only 2 groc choices in town, they don't have to--And they know it.For quite sometime, said employee at quick check-out constantly attacks, berates and insults customers. Sh... read more

Terrible service. The charged for shipping on a free ship order and refreshed to cancel the order.

Refused to give me a refund for baby formula even though I had a receipt because I bought it at a different store. They said it would throw off their inventory. Marilyn also lied to me and said all baby formula sales were final and when I asked to see her policy in writing she wasn't able to show me anything. Heather told me to go to corporate if I didn't like their policy. They both were not able to show me their policy in writing.
