I was charged automatically for a prescription product savingscard that I didnt even know was up for renewal. When I called to discuss the customer service they were very rude. You shouldnt be able to charge someone $72 dollars for a savings plan nobody has talked to you about, That is shady business practices and Im extremely disappointed that Krogers would stoop to these fraudulent tactics of membership.

I have been a shopper at ************** store for the past 23 years and its been by far the freindliest store around until the new HR supervisor named Damond has started working there. she has been rude to myself and many other customer and nothing ever gets done about it .I told her i would turn her in and she said go ahead by boss at corporate is Dee and my name is Diamond. This behavior has got to go.

I purchased Kroger brand pasta sauce with Parmesan cheese. My daughter-in-law found large pieces of a plastic substance in the sauce. Thank God she saw it before my 11 month old great grandson ate it as he could have choked on the large pieces. Have been in contact with main headquarters since then. They sent me a check for $25.00 as a settlement, which I did not cash as that would be a contract, which the woman I dealt with said it wasn't true, but I knew it was.
