Deceptive sales pricing. Went to (2) different Kings Soopers stores - Red Bird chicken thighs on sale. The sign in the meat department didn't specify bone-in, but sitting in the slot were boneless chicken thighs. Rang up at full price at the checkout. Second store - advertised for BOGO Pork Tenderloins. Tons of pork loins in end bin and in usual meat shelf - no sign saying BOGO, but the ad had was very clear. Checkout discounted 20% not BOGO. <p>roughly two years ago I was at the ********* store at *********** in ******** ******* in line at the self check out, when another customer started harassing me and yelling at me , telling me to wear a mask , I asked her to leave me alone and back off, yet she persisted even as I was scanning and paying for my groceries, she continued to follow me to my car harassing me and yelling at me through the parking lot, at which point even with me standing my ground and defending myself **** the Manager came out face beat red yell... read more

I was charged full price on items marked with reduced price. Two separate overcharges (large box of greens marked down to 2.99, charged 5.99, and crackers marked 2/5.00 charged 6.98). Store manager at *** ***** **** *****, GA reported Kroger policy requires customer to return in person with the slip. Call to customer service at Kroger did not deny. I explained that I was traveling and am now out of state. (I noticed on return to WI three days after purchase). I suspect charging full price on sale items may be a pattern. The ... read more

I have used the grocery pick-up service for about 2 years. This past weekend, we were charged for, but did not get about 7 items totaling over $40. The staff at the front office questioned my truthfulness and essentially we are out the money with no recourse. LIterally, Kroger took our money, did not give us the product and when I pointed that out, they called me a liar and thief. Steer clear.
