I was in store 491 on ***** in ******* **. on 5/9/2022, the assistant store manager Andre *** was extremely rude and threatening to me. I had an issue at the meat counter and he came to help the lady with pricing with some meat. Several of the meat items did not have a price. I had waited about 15 minutes when he came. I got two apple gift cards for 500.00 each got home to use them and could not use them and they told me I had to call apple, and *****told me that they had nothing to do with getting me my money back I had to go to the store the said that I can't get the money from them that I had to get it from apple I would like to get my money back but ever time I go to them they tell me the same thing

I purchased a $100 gift card to help a friend get some online groceries while her husband is going through cancer. She attempted to use it and after spending long time on the phone was advised that the gift card is for in-store purchases only. Why was I allowed to get a gift card if there are no stores in *******? I contacted Kroger and a supervisor stated I cannot get my money back. Why is that if this is my money? Kroger gift card purchase is deceptive as there is no disclaimer when purchasing it. I just want my money back... read more

Bad bad business and customer service ethics. Allow fraud and theft and no accountability. Lost a 40 year shopper today and no amount of anything will ever change my mind. I will be reviewing, helping, and ****** reviewing daily

Kroger recently frauded me out of $800 worth of fuel points. Immediately after my purchase I tried to redeem my points. We were advised by the acting manager in the store, that there was an issue with the system and the points werent going through. In order to resolve, we were directed to call the fuel rewards CS. ******* was the supervisor I spoke with after the rep who answered argued with me about my alternate ID on the account.
