Worst customer experience ever! I had money sent to me through their ************* that they have there. What a mistake this was. The tell me that they don't have any cash. So they write me money orders. And then tell me that they can't cash them. But, not only could they not cash them. Nobody could cash them. This money was sent to me for an emergency. I appalled by the performance of the Kroger pharmacy. I had a order for a prescription yesterday morning. Today I try to call the pharmacy to see if my prescription was ready (really it was supposed to be ready yesterday). The phone rang for 35 minutes and no one picked it up. Then I call the customer complaint line and was hung up before I could talk to a person, I'm supposing some glitch in their phone system. I try again same thing. I have been using Kroger's delivery service for about three weeks now. As far as the deliveries themselves, everything tends to go very well. My problem is that each week, Kroger will take out an "impending" charge on my debit card for my delivery. After receiving my items, they then take out another "impending" charge in addition to the original charge, so my debit card is charged twice for the same order. Knowingly sells faulty propane tanks via it's vendor "**** *****". Refuses to return/refund/exchange propane tanks it has sold. Had to contact **** ***** as Management at The **** ****** exhibits blatant nepotism/nihilism/no incentive as they have a virtual monopoly in the grocery market within **** ****, a tourist town. Spoke with a woman there yesterday and was told that because I had the tank in my possession for "two weeks" that she chose to use that as leverage to decline any return. Delivery was so bad kroger put a refund request in and I've been battling getting my refund for a month, they keep telling me 7 to 10 business days since September 12th. I've been muted and disconnected on calls with CSR, pacified and lied to! Does management even enforce the mask mandate **** **** as a customer no one in the south commercial ********************** had any mask, whole store is a joke no wonder why I hate shopping here and probably never will, every employee is treated like ****, and the whole company acts surprised when the employees act all rude, or when people steal boycott kroger

I have dealt with the Kroger Pharmacy in *******, ** several times now and every time is worse then the time before. If it was just once or twice Id say these employees were just having a bad day, but they are rude, unfriendly, impatient, and hateful ALL the time! I mean, if you hate your job that bad, quit!
