My husband and I went to the Kroger in Desoto, TX on Beckley (I-35) last Sunday around 12pm. There weren’t any shopping carts and we waited a few minutes but none of the employees were trying to bring any carts in. We went in and just had to carry everything in our hands//arms. There were only 3 lines with cashiers open and 1 self-checkout open. Unfortunately, all of the lines were extremely long and we waited for over an hour to get checked out! Ever since COVID broke out in March 2021, I've been doing pick up at a store in New Albany, I've been doing ClickList and then picking up my order curbside, which was great and it was going really well. Up until the past 3-4 times that I've ordered to pickup my grocery order Curbside, with no issue, the timeslot I reserved, the order was ready to be picked up. I visited the Kroger on ******** and West Little York as I was craving a coffee. I saw a coffee station and purchased a Keurig pod for a $1, brewed my coffee and when I went I put cream, I could not find any. I asked the lady in bakery who was not keen on helping me and referred me to the deli department. I went over and the deli rep said that bakery would know. This Fry's Kroger location is horrific. The customer service in the store and pharmacy as well as the corporate division and 1-800 number for Kroger are all completely dismal. There was an incident where the pharmacist conspired with the little clinic registered nurse not to provide vaccinations based off of personality conflict. This type of behavior is not only illegal but absolutely unacceptable.

They *****Their pickup and delivery is never right. I’ve only ordered from them 3 times and not once has it been right. They don’t send text updates even when you opt in for it and they substitute things even when asked not to. They don’t even inform you of put of stock until you’re already there. Then you can’t cancel because it’s already down without any consultation about substitutions or cancellation. They’re awful and can’t even seem to use common sense. Due to Covid we have been having groceries delivered - Fred Meyer now uses instacart who has turned out to be very awful at making deliveries ar being able to adjust for issues that arise. Yesterday the instacart driver texted that they could not deliver due to water over road. I immediatly texted back saying I would pick up the order at store. I have been buying wine from Kroger ********, *********, ** in the past weeks. I have been believing the original price of a bottle is that high then Kroger discounted it to make it seemed it's been a good deal. Meanwhile, that's the actual price of the wine. One example that I recently just bought: *** ****** ******Wine 2018, the original cost is listed as $40.99 but they fake "sale" it to $16.99 which is what it costs anyway. That is called price gauging and that is illegal!

November 1, 2021 -- I approach the Kroger Ferguson Fuel station. I tell Cassandra I have not pumped fuel here for a long time and so don't know the drill. Wanted to fill, didn't know what it would take...she needed a definite amount so I said $10. Pumped $10. Approached window and said -- laughing -- I get nothing back but I would like my Kroger gift card back. She said she didn't have it. I said I gave it to her. Slid it through the drawer. She said they never touch the customer's cards. I had a receipt. Not my card though.... read more

In regards to 11/3/21 :I finally got to pull into a spot for my 3PM order around 3:15---and I was there waiting for my order for an additional hour. During the hour I was waiting, I was told there was a screw-up with the rotisserie chicken and that I would be given $15 off; I assumed that discount was for the long wait. So, finally a couple of kids bring my order, and they tell me I got an extra chicken. I originally ordered for 2, so the extra would make 3. But I get home and only count 1 chicken!
