I was charged full price on items marked with reduced price. Two separate overcharges (large box of greens marked down to 2.99, charged 5.99, and crackers marked 2/5.00 charged 6.98). Store manager at *** ***** **** *****, GA reported Kroger policy requires customer to return in person with the slip. Call to customer service at Kroger did not deny. I have used the grocery pick-up service for about 2 years. This past weekend, we were charged for, but did not get about 7 items totaling over $40. The staff at the front office questioned my truthfulness and essentially we are out the money with no recourse. LIterally, Kroger took our money, did not give us the product and when I pointed that out, they called me a liar and thief. Steer clear.

Kroger at **** **** on Jonesboro road pharmacy has the worst customer service ever and they were very rude acting if I was unwanted. This is the worse pharmacy experience that I have had the misfortune of patronizing. I have been trying to get my medicine for two days. I have been calling the store all day with no resolution of my problem because they refuse to answer the phone. They deserve negative stars. They advertised that if I ordered from thier website I would receive the item in 5 to 8 days. I finally received it after 31 days. In the meantime, I attempted to contact Kroger's customer service to cancel the order. The words "Kroger's customer service" should be taken with a good deal of skepticism, as they had no service whatsoever. They claimed that once an order was placed with their business, that was the end of Kroger's responsibility to the customer. They could not cancel the order. They... read more

This rating is for Kroger's customer service. They have done an exceptionally poor job at handling my request to cancel my online order (the first and 100% the last). I placed my order online through the Kroger website nearly three weeks ago, and have yet to receive any updates on when the item will ship. 1/21/2022 I am having trouble getting the Kroger Company to acknowledge/understand that the *******, OH Kroger Store IS BADLY UNDERRESOURCED. The staff at the ******* Kroger Store IS DOING THE BEST THAT THEY CAN in an impossible situation for them during the pandemic. Lets just say we will not be shopping at Kroger anymore. Lately their fruits and vegetables have been getting rotten quickly and this time it had live bugs in it. Please please be aware and double check or even stop shopping at Krogers.

I was refused service by the only available checker this week; I let it go because the whole world seems understaffed. Yesterday I was supposed to be able to pickup a Kroger clock-list order, but they left a voicemail saying my order was pushed back to 11am - which on any other day wouldnt work but I have a sick kid and am off of work.
