they lie about their coupons. say that some can be used more than once is a lie because they will only work once. if the item is not in stock the day you scan the coupon you can't use it the next day when the item is in stock, if you scan an item and it doesn't scan properly you can't do it again at the register because the first scan alway gets listed even if the register doesn't scan it properly. the instore wifi is constantly down so you have to preselect items from your home pc. if you see an item in the store it won't s... read more

They advertised today Kroger cottage cheese at 1.99 it was 2.69 at the register they advertised Kroger pepperconi at 1.99 it was also 2.69 at the register there advertised prices do not match there check out prices I will not shop at Kroger again quit ripping customer s off

I made a purchase for the first time on Kroger‘s pick up app. If I spent $75 or more I would get $15 off. My total came to $60. There was an item unavailable (but it did say it was available on the site) so they didn’t charge that to my total which brought it under the $75 mark. That brought my total order to $71. They did not notify me before charging my card an extra $11! When I made the purchase I agreed to pay only $60! They should have notified me before charging my card additional $11! I placed an online ship order on February 18, 2022 for $67.81 and Ralph's badly packaged my order and the box was damaged during shipment. It was returned directly to Ralph's in Kentucky and I never received my order. They did not inform me that my order would never arrive or issue an automatic refund. They did not send a replacement package. I could not get a refund from the 800 number because they could not access the shipping information. I have been a loyal Kroger customer for years, however as of late, the prices are astronomical compared to other places. Not only that, they are normally out of 25% of what I need. Im tired of having to go to different places to find my weekly groceries. Im going to have to switch places. So disappointing.

On 5/22/22 I purchased a $20.00 gift card at Kroger 433 when I tried to validate and register the card to make an online purchase I was unable to register the card to purchase online. I was told to call the number on the back of the card to give registration information which I did, but I am still unable to use the card for an online purchase. Order supposed to be ready at 3:00. It is more than half an hour late and still not ready. If you have unlimited time and like to wait, this is the place for you. If you have better things to do with your time, shop elsewhere.

At the Smiths in North West *********, they closed their doors to me at 10:58 pm. While the security guard let me in, because they do not close until 11 pm, I was immediately notified by a red haired woman that they were closed and I needed to leave. Yet, they serviced a white woman who entered the store about 1 minute before me. I was later told by the security guard that they closed at 10:55 pm. Really? What sort of operation is this???
