Did a pick up order today over half my items they said were out of stock, walked in had all of it , i sent $30 worth of substitute items back in store with Johnathansaid it would be taken off finale **** it wasnt still nothing , very disappointed in kroger
Terrible on-line ordering experience. I placed an order on November 30 and received an e-mail the next day, Dec. 1, saying that my order was shipped. Five days later I checked the tracking number and **** says that a label was created and they were waiting for the package. 2 weeks later, the package still hasn't been sent to **** for shipping. Kroger in Houston ** ***** ** ****has an employee there by the name of Brenda. Brenda profiles black folk accuses them of stealing and is very rude and loud. If you’ve had a problem with Brenda let’s start a petition for her to be removed from Krogers?!?! Also the store manager and assistant need to be fired too.
I've shopped at my local Kroger store since I was little enough to get pushed around in the front of the cart. I've even worked there a few times in between jobs. I would give Kroger four or five stars, except, thanks to stinnkin' ***************** and **** ***********, the shelves in the store are about half empty. Was promised a delivery fee refund. I haven't received. It was promised in 7 to 10 days it's not been sent. Plus they changed the payment to a higher total than originally shown.
I placed an order for delivery today (November 30). I have been a customer my entire life 60+ years).Lately I have had nothing but problems with the orders. Kroger's weekly add is no longer weekly. The offers now expire at different times. I saw an offer for an 18 count carton of eggs for 97 with a digital coupon. I clipped the coupon and placed the order. Well the issue is management with this particular store. I'm a former employee, and why I did enjoy my time working here, the store has gone downhill ever since they let **** (former store manager) go. I still choose to shop here. I have friends that still work here. Now here's where the issue begins, I walk in see one of my said friends working. I go up to them and say hi and strike up a conversation. I recently purchased a delivery order using the" trusted" Kroger app. All items were appropriately selected , however upon receiving my order from the shopper I only received 3-4 of my items selected. All other items purchased were on the behalf of your driver , they were able to purchase items I did not select for themselves at my expense. When reaching out to a cc agent they did offer a refund back to my card for items the shopper bought for themselves.The agent additionally wanted to extend a $10 credit to my Kroger numbe... read more
My work gave me a Kroger gift card and they won't allow me to use it for an online order. I no longer shop in store due to Covid. The company is not good. My card is useless.
