RecommendedI was at the Altoona location 9/14/2018. I had to get rings resized and wanted to get a chain for a charm I have. Monica was a great help to me. She was very pleasant and personable. She was also patient and understanding. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely shop there in the future.
I would recommend the Galleria Store in Johnstown. Service is great. The sales rep Beth was really patient and showed me some amazing pieces in my price range.
My husband and I have purchased a few pieces from them over the past couple years. My engagement & wedding rings were also purchased from there. In addition we purchased the warranty. I have never had any issues with any of the jewelry so I can not complain about what the warranty does/does not cover. My complaint is in regard to the way I was treated by Jim & Pam at the Johnstown location upon doing 6 month jewelry inspections. I was the only one in the store. Tim went above and beyond to ensure that an order was completed in time for my mother’s birthday, even covering overnight shipping costs. They were responsive and accountable and the jewelry turned out beautifully. I will be a repeat customer.

I'm very close to getting my wedding ring from this Jeweler and I cannot describe how excited I already am. Kailey has been helping me throughout everything and she's been helpful and very nice. I'm most definitely going to go back to Kranich's for future jewelry!
Kranich’s helped me design a mother’s ring for a Christmas gift. They broke down the payments so that each of my siblings could easily come pay their share. Very friendly staff and the ring is gorgeous!
