I was shopping over the holidays and needed a last minute gift for my wife. I know typical husband. Thankfully, Brian was so helpful and made a really awesome recommendation on a bracelet with earrings. This guy knows his stuff. I’ll be back again.. her birthday is in a few months!

Kranich's is my go-to jeweler since I made my first purchases 30 years ago for my bridal party in Altoona, PA. I reached out via email with a concept and Kranich's completely blew my expectations out of the water. Kailey and her team took what I described/sent over and gave me something better than I really imagined (at a better price). They were timely in what probably is their busiest time of year, answered any and all questions I had promptly, and were fantastic throughout the entire process. My now-fiance loves her ring more than I think she imagined and that is thanks in large part to Kranich's.
Kailey was AMAZING!~ She spent the time to work with us and help us find what we were looking for that was within our budget! She was wonderful and if I ever go back - I'll be going back asking for her!
Horrible customer service. Took weeks to fix our ring, when we were told it would only take a few days. No apologies whatsoever from the staff. We will be buying a new engagement ring somewhere better.
