Have nothing but amazing things to say about Kranichs! My fiancé and I have been working with Joey in the Johnstown store and he has been wonderful. He has went above and beyond to help us customize our rings and make every minor change that we requested, possible. The jeweler does flawless work and I wouldn't take any of my jewelry elsewhere in the future. Thank you Joey and all at Kranichs for the enjoyable and stress free experience!
Kranich's Jewelers did a great job. I luckily found them online by searching for a Scott Kay men's ring. I was nervous at first buying jewelry out of state. However, Kailey was great and provided excellent customer service throughout the whole process. I also ordered my fiances wedding band as well. Highly recommended and will most likely purchase more jewelry in the future. Thanks again!!!
I have been a customer for years,was in to have my rings checked & cleaned under warranty also had one ring not under warranty checked,was told that they could not clean it because the prongs were worn & the stone should be removed & reset to repair the prongs, I took it to another jewelry store to be inspected & was told it did not need repaired. First of all I have to say sorry for not being able to give my thanks to the sales lady and man who helped me by name (State College )..I have a diamond with rubies. I wasn't sure to fix it or trade it during their trade event, my ring was broke and I hadn't worn it in some time..the rubies are my husbands birthstone. They were so helpful and told me the ring means something to me..keep it and change the diamond maybe? They provided excellent service to me this morning. I came in wanting a December birthstone to put in my memorial locket I made for my baby. The ladies were wonderful to me and I greatly appreciate their kindness. Thank you!
