I stopped at Kranich’s Jewelers before noon today to see if they could install a new battery in my watch (The watch wasn’t bought from Kranich’s). It was a gift from when I retired a few years ago. Brian Crist & Mike Gordon treated me “Like Royalty” while I was at the store! You can count on me to stop at Kranich’s Jewelers again in the future. Thanks Kranich’s Jewelers! The beautiful new store . The employees are Very Courteous and Csting !! My husband bought my first engagement ring there 38 years ago and then bought me my newest one for our 35th Anniversary , just celebrated our 36 th Anniversary.
Today I went into the store looking to sell a piece of jewelry. The lady who approached me seemed wonderful until I could not make her any money. Then she was very rude and told me In so many words that my jewelry was not worth anything. She took it over to a man to look at it. I can see her shaking her head and talking about me. I have to say I took my jewelry and I will not be back or refer anyone. This place is terrible. I wish I would have gotten her name. Tom, Connie, and Mike S. were all wonderful in helping my husband and I pick out my ring. We had spent two days going back and forth between other jewelers and we could just not settle. Happened to walk into Kranichs as a last ditch effort and within an hour, we were walking out with an upgrade. They knew exactly what would be perfect for me and were so polite through out the whole experience. Had a great experience with Kranichs....Ben Nelson was great to work with. My son wanted a special engagement ring made and he told Ben was he was thinking and between the two of them they designed an awesome ring. And he also helped me with getting my rings fixed and resized. It’s a great place to shop!
Went to get my watches looked at checked out what replacement bands they had. I was taken care of very well i couldn't ask for a better situation to look around thanks.
