The Johnstown Kranich’s is where my fiancé bought my engagement ring and we just went today and got both our wedding bands. Carole, Eric, and Sam were absolutely outstanding and amazing with helping us! We would go back anytime for their help! I highly recommend going there 100%

My GORGEOUS wedding set from Kranich’s! My fiancé picked the most beautiful engagement ring from the Johnstown location when we lived there and we now live in Erie. We went back to Johnstown just to work with Carole and Francois because their service was so amazing. I was at the Johnstown location(to ask about a timepiece to purchase.) I was not treated professionally by any meaning of the word and will go as far as to say insulted by the jewelry attendant. I'm happy to take my business elsewhere.
Took in my engagement ring that had been purchased at a mom and pop jeweler and resized somewhat less than professionally. Asked if they could resize and do anything about the yellowing of the white gold. They had no problem even though it wasn't purchased there. They even found a wedding band that matched almost exactly which I didn't think was possible. Employees were kind and friendly and I will most definitely be making our wedding band purchases at this store. Thank you Kranichs!
