Have been dealing with them for 10 years or longer! Mark and Scott are both amazing to deal with! Love going shopping here and even just stopping in to say hello!

I had to have my ring cut off a few months ago due to a bee sting allergy...I took the ring into Kranich’s they were very helpful, they knew the ring was purchased with them when they were in the Logan Valley mall..the whole staff was very nice and friendly..I now have the ring back and it looks amazing! You would have never even knew it was cut off! I would suggest them to anyone!

I suggest buying GIA certified diamonds online for 30% of the price. If you don't have a GIA certified diamond you are likely buying a lie on quality. If you do have a GIA diamond you like in store just compare it to a similar cut, carat, clarity, and color rated diamond online and you will see they are vastly marked up in store 100-200% of market value. You should be at $4000-5000 for a round cut 1ct, excellent cut, vs1, i color diamond. A jewelery store likely wont offer you this quality, let alone higher than that quality... read more
