It's unique and professionally made . Such beautiful jewelry. A woman loves how jewlery looks when she wears it .
The staff in the downtown State College store have always been generous with their time and attention, whether I was in the market for something or not. Their attitude towards me even when I was young made me feel comfortable to come back and buy very beautiful pieces throughout the years.
I had Kranich's custom design a wedding band and absolutely loved it, but last time I visited with a ring I was gifted so they could evaluate it. The sales person said all 12 of the diamonds were loose and needed to be reset for a rather large fee (in my opinion). I declined and took the ring to my local jeweler who said only 1 diamond was slightly loose and didn't need reset yet. Kranich's has been great in the past (I have a couple rings under warranty with them), but I'm not so sure about my last visit.
Terrible attitudes from 95% of the people I've had to deal with from there. I mean TERRIBLE!!! I'll go to Kay's and buy off Carl from now on.
