Ross came to my house to inspect the external vents to see if they were functional. He was prompt and provided honest, practical advice. I would 100% recommend him, as it can be difficult to find an honest and competent tradesperson.
The enquiry started well via email for a damp survey request with Ross Darlington then changed to being ignored after some further enquiries which he could have easily just answered as unable to do this additional damp investigating with certain elements of particular testing equipment as unavailable. Ross came to my house for a free assessment of a damp issue I’ve been having. He was extremely polite and professional and was able to diagnose the problem after internal and external checks. He was very knowledgeable and was honest with his findings, would definitely recommend this company to anyone.
We were very happy with the service that Ross provided. Prompt visit after contact, professional advice of work required. Work carried out to an excellent standard, with great care taken to minimise mess in the house. While I hope that we will not require the need to call Ross out again, I would certainly recommend him for a great job.
