Highly recommend.... Been going every week for about 6 months now and it's been a big help. I am disabled with Ehlers danlos syndrome and doing the ems training has massively helped me build up my strength so far with some basic simple light exercises. It took a while for the effects to show for myself personally because I was very weak to start with but can now really tell the difference. Ems was an amazing experience, a twenty minute session has given me results I didn’t even think I could achieve with my body!! This is the way forward compared to the conventional way of training. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to attend a gym and gain results quicker, especially being a busy mum this just fits right in as only takes 20 minutes and makes me stronger each time!! Thank you to all the staff there who always assist me and make my experience a good one!

I was a little skeptical (being married to a personal trainer) but I was intrigued and wanted to see what EMS was all about. I decided to take the plunge and booked in with a friend. Kathy was our EMS trainer and she was absolutely lovely! she explained everything in depth and made our experience enjoyable! I was blown away by my first EMS session, the instructor Kathy was very knowledgable and she was so lovely that it put me at ease as soon as I arrived. Being a 20 minute session it worked perfect for me being a busy mum and I loved how it worked all of my muscle groups at one time as I defiantly skip a few of these usually in the gym. I would highly recommend this to everybody and I’m looking forward to starting my course of sessions in the next few weeks!
