I have never encountered an ordering experience this completely dysfunctional. I was trying to place a breakfast order for my family, but instead of a smooth process, it turned into a tedious, frustrating guessing game. I had to go through the menu and try to order items one by one, and the staff (who is polite, kept asking if I want eat Bao.) told me out of stock every single attempt.
