Spacious with plenty of seats.birds chirpy in background music is delightful (only if u come during non peak hours), lunch crowds and noises started fairly early at 11am.Steep prices at some stalls. Teochew Stall-porkrib & yam mini wok set - yam is nice, porkrib not.Add rice $1, noodle $2. Western dish stall is marvelous!my favourite! tasty food, big portion, good service!!! Avoid Mini Bowl. Ordered 1 steamed egg (no meat), 1 vegetable, and 1 meat dish. Total: $7.50. The steamed egg was just steam egg, nothing fancy, the vegetables were overly salty and mostly old stems (about 85%), and the meat was dry and tough. They also don’t offer gravy for your rice. Definitely not worth $7.50. Do not get conned by their seemingly affordable pricing. Photo attached. Judge for yourself.
Food selection in here is good , i like it .
We are regular Sunday morning customers. We find good options for lunch and dinner, but we need more good breakfast options. The coffee stall's half boiled eggs are consistently undercooked. Their staff demeanour when given feedback, could be better. We find the kaya spread too sweet. The toast is much better than the bun option. It would nice to have a peanut butter spreadoption too. We like the rojak, western, fish soup and dumpling stalls. The dining atmosphere is superior to many foodcourts.
The layout in this Kopitiam is bad, making it difficult to move around. Some tables are reserved for steamboat and barbecue and it's hard to get a seat during dinner hours. The low ceiling lights make it uncomfortable to dine in. Koufu was much better.
