This foodcourt they chose bad chairs where u can’t hook yr bags on them. Every 4 seater table becomes a 2 seater cos people put their bags on the chairs they aren’t sitting on. Making many standing around waiting for vacant chairs:((

Food selection is great but the drink stall staff’s attitude is horrible as if they are forced to serve you, so grab one from DONKI next door after meals. The drinks selection is horrible as stocking of drinks at the counter is not the staff’s job, probably that of the supplier. Because you can’t BYOD, the drinks stall act as if they are king, and all who enter have to pay tribute to them. Not dining in here ever again.

There are too many stalls and insufficient seats at peak hours. Surprised that these werent taken into account in the design of the mall. Ordered chicken chop carbonara sphagetti set (which comes with salad and mushroom soup) and prawn udon. The portion for chicken chop carbonara sphagetti set was large and satisfying. The variety at western stall was good.

KPT had been reduced to a ridiculous small size. Often long wait of seats during peak hours. There were people hogging the seats even when they have done eating. Suggest to have signage to request for patrons to graciously give up their seats once they have completed their meals.
