I have done business with Kool Toyota for many, many years and have had nothing but positive experiences!
I had a great buying experience with Adam, but my service experience has not been great. I just had service tell me that a certain broken part was related to an accident bc I had minor damage on my door. It wasn't an accident with another car or going any real speed, so it didn't cause any more damage than what is seen. Insurance adjuster and collision place say that it is impossible for an impact by my drivers seatbelt to affect my rear passenger seatbelt. I just purchased a used RAV4 and was very impressed by the way they were willing to take care of paint chips, a few little dents and just general touch up of the whole car so that it looked brand new. They even took money off to bring it to where I could afford it. Quick, easy, no hassle, very willing to do what it took to make me happy :-)

Have you ever had to spend several hours at a dealership while your vehicle was being serviced? It could've been a nightmare but the staff was so friendly and helpful it was practically painless. I had my 3 year old son with me and we were able to hang out in an enclosed play room. Any mom of toddlers knows how wonderful that is! And when we needed to make transitions someone was always there to help carry the car seat while I wrangled the little one. My thanks again to Toyota Mike, Sarah and the rest of the staff for taking care of my baby and putting her back in running order once again. Even when work has to be done I enjoy my time coming in as everyone is always so nice - staff wise and the people I meet in the waiting room. Extra thanks extended today for getting me home for UofM's press conference!
