On 2 seperate visits to the service department at Kool Toyota I was charged for a service that I did not ask for or receive. Either they are incompetent or rip-offs. Either way I will never return there again.
Very professional and friendly with me in the process of trading in my vehicle
1 1/2 years I've had my Toyota great sales staff but 6 times they've tried fixing the vibration in the front end, it's still giving me trouble it's to the point the service manager won't return my calls and I'm stuck going elsewhere to have it repaired and pay for what should of been covered under warranty sorry Adam I'll have to think hard before my 4th purchase

my son Brandon Parker took my Rav in for a recall and some catch up maint. work I put off due to cost. So I can afford to play catch up it's important to me to get this stuff taken care of so my car last me longer. I appreciate the care and honesty of all of you, I trust you even if the work takes longer I fully understand. we bought our first Toyota 1975 a Celica the best 5 speed car I ever had got it new in Florida when husband was in navy $5,000 new hard to believe!!! loved that car! again thank-you for everything!
I have to tell you, when we bought our Sienna in 2010, it was detailed and brought to us and smelled great inside. I insisted they tell me what was used. They brought out 3 cans of spray so I could tell them which one it was. It was TOTAL RELEASE ODOR ELIMINATOR.
