Poor customer service in their Service Department. Poor Management. Would not recommend to any of my friends.
We recently brought my Rav4 in on the 3rd to drop off for its 10k mile oil change, tire rotation and to have the air cooling system looked at. We could continually smell antifreeze and Mike said to bring it in. By Wednesday afternoon I never got a phone call so I called Mike to get a status update around 3:30 the 5th and Mike tells me it needs a new radiator and they would have it done the next day and we agreed for him to leave the keys on the floorboard so we could pick it up after hours on Thursday. I am very pleased with my experience here. A splash guard had detached from underneath my high-mileage 2010 Prius. I was very concerned. They reattached it while I waited for a very modest cost. I will be returning for more service. My interactions with them were very straightforward and honest. How refreshing!
