I've been going to Kool Toyota for over 20 years and it's THE BEST! The people there are great and very helpful. I won't go anywhere else for a car or for service. I love that place.

Love my 4 Runner but cannot stand trying to schedule or work with the service department. First off, voicemail isn't a good sign & the number of times I've gotten voicemail is ridiculous. People working there are nice & are clearly just trying to do their jobs, but service is always scheduling way out & I've had multiple times where the problems I've gone in for aren't really fixed.

Hi Sue: I'm sorry you don't like the our newly renovated customer lounge, but we thought it was more important to open things up to provide a nicer space for our customers than to retain the work stations that saw little use. We did, however, update our Wifi which should speed things up while you work, and we're planning to install a charging station as well.
