RecommendedToyota Of Grand Rapids tried to charge me under warranty. Kool Toyota? The used manager walked me over to the service department, got me a date real quick, and less than a week later, my airbag issue was fixed. Sometimes they don’t even charge me to look at my vehicle. Guess who’s getting my business a second time — KOOL AWESOME TOYOTA!
They offered me an unbeatable deal after one of their representatives made a racist remark, but unfortunately that isn't enough to undo the damage done.
In late 2014 I purchased a new 2015 Tundra limited and more recently, a 2019 RAV4 for my wife. Overall, we have been very happy with our Toyotas and Earl Thomas who sold us both vehicles. That being said, we have both been less than happy with most ALL of our service experiences at KOOL. Last winter, I had some cold start issues and valvetrain noises at idle with my Tundra. My mom recently bought a used car from Kool. Highly recommend Jorel Davis as a salesperson. Love that the dealership is super dog friendly.
Tyler Ray went above and beyond to help me navigate my first time buying a new vehicle. We talked about what I was looking for and what was available in a no-pressure setting. He was very professional and went the extra mile to help me figure out what I needed. I would definitely go back!
