Not impressed, too pricey for what you get, valet is a hassle.

The restaurant served the best eggs benedict and reuben sandwich ever. Alexandra, our waitress was very, very good, friendly and professional. Have stayed there once and loved it right away. Planning on another stay next year. Love the whole place, especially brunch facing the marina.
Gorgeous, food was incredible and wow what a view!!! Has a vibe of Hawaii without the price tag! Definitely will be returning �
The mattress is lumpy and a kid pooped in the pool. My husband asked for compensation of some sort for not being able to use the pool and was met with silence. Also asked if they'd then keep the kids out of the jacuzzi while pool was closed and again silence. By the way kids should not be in a jacuzzi, it's a health risk to them!
We were here for our daughters wedding! We could not be more pleased with the amazing job all of the staff at Kona Kai did!!!! Everything went so smoothly! Valerie help plan our wedding and she was so accommodating. Carlos dealt with 30 rooms that we had book at the resort and did a wonderful job of accommodating all of us at check in with our needs! What a wonderful weekend we had! Bartender, servers and all the staff were amazing!!!!!! Thank you Kona Kai. We will be remembering this event for a lifetime!
