What a awesome experience! Great location, views and service. Breakfast was a bit rough...bit everything else was on point!
I wish i could give them 0 or negative stars. I have a fraudulent charge on my account from them. I just had a horrific experience at this particular resort. First, I called ahead of time (Sunday, July 16, 2017) to ensure that I can get a room with 2 queen beds because I was with my family (1 adult and 3 kids). I was assured that I would get one. Came here with my better half for a weekend away from the kids ;). Started the trip off right with 80 min couples massage and have utilized all of the amenities and eaten at the restaurant on site. Great entertainment, great food, great service, friendly staff, and affordable rates. Expectations were more than met.
Based on these advertisements on FB and other advertisements for this hotel we were expecting a 5 star hotel and got a motel 6 standard with a great view. Construction going on 3/4 of the property and water was turned off for 6 hours on the second day of our stay. 930 in morning! Told we could walk across the property to use the gym bathroom and showers. Showers all being used and just uncomfortable feeling overall.
