Hotel and staff was awesome except for the fact when I got my truck from valet this morning the driver thought it was ok to slam my truck into the curb destroying my rim and tire on a brand new 2018 Silverado
We just had an incredible 3 night stay at this beautiful resort! Laying out poolside, in front of the Marina, hanging out at the Cananas on the sand, as well as the fire pits at night, all made for a very pleasurable experience. The staff was incredibly attentive, Vania, Alyssa, Jose and manager Shane...thank you for all your care on accommodating our stay. PS~ the Valet Staff was very friendly as well!!! ���� �
Had an amazing experience! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone
Started with $27 valet parking and being told we would get ticketed by the street sweepers if we wanted to park there. The elevators were broken, the deck had a family of birds living there and everything they leave behind. The best part was the bonfire pit.
