The staff are lazy and very unprofessional with pink hair and chuck Taylor shoes . They will try to defer you Bc they are lazy and don't want to work .
Friendly and attentive staff. The nurses are always helpful if you have issues and can't donate or you are feeling a little under the weather. The staff seem to really enjoy their jobs and have fun at work. Have hardly ever had a problem with being able to donate here, unless it was health related.
Won't ever go back. I felt like I was joining the military the way it went. They found a spot on my body that they didn't like. They didn't wanna take a chance at it being cancer. Here is the thing, that spot has been there for a LONG time. I'm as healthy as can be. They said come back Thursday and their dr will have a look. I said if I walk out that door I will be permanently banning myself from this place even if the spot is nothing. It was my 3rd time in that place in one day due to their stupidity. Good service. Clean atmosphere. A little talkative between employees but not to the point to be rude or ignored. The workers should all get along and have fun at their jobs! 5 star overall!
