Friendly , knowledgeable staff, Today this team worked seamlessly when there was a power outage. Clear instructions were given to clients, everyone was calm and professionals as office staff came out and held flashlights while techs disconnected clients and manually returned the RED cells back to clients. We were all given Gatorade to rehydrate us. JOB WELL DONE!!
Friendly efficient staff will get you in and out quickly and there's a good chance you won't feel the stick. Help save lives, kick back and relax and get paid pretty well for 90 minutes or so of looking at your phone or whatever. What else are you doing?

No problems, new donor takes 3-4 hours as to be expected. Facility is clean and everyone I came in contact was very nice and helpful. I had a really positive experience.
